TERMS OF SALE TERMS OF SALE
1. Net 30 days, from invoice date with approved credit.
2. Interest will be charged on account balance exceeding 45 days.
3. All prices listed in our catalog are F.O.B. our warehouse.
4. Sales taxes (where applicable) are extra and will be charged unless All AmericanMetal Products has been supplied with a UBI number.
5. E.& O. E./errors and omissions excluded from catalog. |
GOODS RETURNED FOR CREDIT 1. Authorization must be obtained prior to the return of any goods. Claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.
2. Goods returned must be freight prepaid, in original carton and in new condition within 45 days.
3. A restocking charge will be applied.
4. A copy of the original invoice, or invoice number must accompany all returned goods.
5. Custom products and non-stocked products are non-returnable. |
FREIGHT CLAIMS 1. Product lost or damaged in transit from All American Metal Products warehouse to the customer's premises and/or job site must be claimed by the customer directly with the freight carrier.
2. For product picked up from All American Metal Products, the person signing for the acceptance of material is responsible for verifying shippers, load and count. |
DAMAGE When All American Metal Products’ pallets are used for shipments, there will be an additional charge added to the invoice. A full credit will be issued upon return. Pallets must be returned freight prepaid. |
PRICING 1. All prices listed in our price list are subject to change without notice.
2. Price discrepancies must be brought to All American Metal Products attention within 30 days from invoice date. Validity of claim will be investigated and the appropriate amount will be credited. |
